HELP US MAKE PLASTIC BAGS HISTORY
By County Press Reporter -
Friday, June 17, 2005
From Sarah Emerson (Northwood Primary School), Wyatts Lane, Northwood, Cowes:
I WOULD like you to help my school by telling people how bad plastic bags are for our Island.
I am five years old and, when I die, the plastic bags people have used will still not have rotted away. It would be good if people brought their own baskets or cotton bags to the shops. If they don't, then all the holes that get filled with the bags will be full up by the time I am 19!
Please help my friends make people care more for my Island.
