Stretch Reightler wedding
GUESTS came from all across America for the wedding of Colin Albert Dyson Stretch and Tara Lin Reightler, at the Church of the Holy Cross, Binstead.
The bridegroom, an electrical contractor, is the son of Mr and Mrs Raymond Stretch of Winston Avenue, Binstead, and the bride, a jewellery designer, is the daughter of Mr and Mrs Joel Reightler of Littlestown Road, Littlestown, Pennsylvania.
The bride wore a couture gown of oyster silk satin, embellished with embroidery, swarvoski crystals, bugle beads and seed pearls, with a chapel length train which converted to a french bustle, with a veil attached to a swarovski crystal tiara.
She carried a bouquet of red gerbera daisies, American beauty and fiction roses and red hypericum berries.
She was attended by Megan Reightler (bride’s sister) and Blythe Brown (bride’s cousin), who wore crimson floor-length gowns with back drapes and chiffon overskirts. They carried bouquets of white gerbera daisies.
Graham Stretch (bridegroom’s brother) was best man and Alan Wallington, Alexander Hall and Matthew Austin were ushers.
The Rev Nicholas Wallace officiated.
A reception was held at Northwood House and a honeymoon followed in Fuerteventura and then America.
