World Cruising Club organise and manage a portfolio of international sailing rallies, including the Atlantic Rally for Cruisers (ARC). With a wide range of clients and staff in many countries around the world, World Cruising Club require a talented, motivated and enthusiastic person to join our busy team.
This diverse role requires a highly organised and efficient individual to assist participants with all administrative aspects of participation in their chosen event with primary focus on the entry process.
You will also be responsible for database management, financial record keeping, producing and sending mail shots, seminar preparations, report and letter writing, and other varied administrative functions,
Reporting to the Communications Director, the successful applicant should possess good administrative skills, outstanding attention to detail, a professional and business like manner and be able to work to tight deadlines. The ability to work on your own initiative and with confidence is essential. Candidates should have proven experience in a similar role, be numerate and must have a good practical knowledge of MS Office Suite. Whilst not essential, sailing knowledge/experience would be very helpful.
