| REPAIRS SERVICE MANAGER Newport based £40,000.00 + Car Allowance ABOUT MOUNTJOY: We are a Hampshire and Isle of Wight based building and maintenance company, who put our customers at the heart of everything we do. We ensure our work is delivered to our customers' expectations, at a profit and above all safely, ABOUT THE ROLE: Due to our continued expansion, we are recruiting for a person to be responsible for the management of a reactive, void and planned maintenance contract. The position holds responsibility for the performance of the contract, including levels of client service and financial success. You will be required to • Lead the Team in ensuring that the service is being delivered in accordance with terms and conditions of the contract and all Key Performance Measures are met • Act as the first point of contact for the Client and develop the relationship; • Ensure efficient allocation of resource across all work streams. You will have a recognised building related qualification and understand the requirements of various forms of building and maintenance contracts and their operating methodology. A knowledge and experience in the Affordable Housing sector will be a distinct advantage.
