You will prepare food and drink orders to include the making of hot drinks, smoothies, milkshakes, light lunches, snacks etc. You will welcome and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner and will also assist in providing catering services to businesses and events.

As an Intermediate Level apprentice you will take NVQ Level2 Food and Beverage Service, Level 2 Certificate in Hospitality and Catering Principles, Functional Skills in Numeracy and Literacy Level 1 and ERR Workbook.
