| Terminal Operations Team Leader c.£20,000 Ref: VAC355 Your role will be based at our East Cowes Terminal and you will be tasked with ensuring that all our customers receive a first class, seamless sales experience. Working with the Terminal Operations Manager you will bring energy and passion to this role which will drive your team to exceed expectations. You must have dynamic operations and customer service skills and have an ability to lead a team and face challenges head on. You will be confident, articulate and have an interpersonal manner which will deliver success for your team and, more importantly, make every customer feel that they are the main priority. In addition to the above attributes, you will have a firm understanding of delivering budgets and making sure that your team are productive at all times.
