| Now recruiting at Orchard House Care Centre, Newport, Isle of Wight Clinical Deputy Manager Full-time This is a new and exciting opportunity for a clinical deputy manager who will be able to lead and inspire a team and work closely with the general manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the home. Ensuring the home meets national minimum Standards, CQC guidelines and Barchester policies and procedures is essential. The role will include the planning, directing, and the delivery of high-quality person-centred care. You will be able to undertake staff reviews, team meetings and deputise for the general manager. You will be a qualified RGN with sound clinical skills and actively registered with the NMC.
