| Learning Support Assistants VC 469 £7.20 - £7.92 per hour Sessional The Isle of Wight College is looking for Learning Support Assistants to work cross College, with a particular need in the following areas: • Hair • Wood Occupations • Engineering Applicants must have Level 2 (A-C GCSE grades equivalent) Literacy and Numeracy, together with good communication and IT skills. Experience of specific learning difficulties e.g. Dyslexia, Autism/Aspergers is essential. Vocational experience in the area of choice is desirable. Learning Support Assistants provide support on a 1:1 and/or small group basis, under ALS Co-ordinator and ALS Champion guidance to enhance and support the student's learning.
