| Support Worker – Outreach Newport and Island Wide • Salary circa £12,800 pro rata To include evening and weekend working • Access to a vehicle essential Part-time • 19 hours per week • Ref: 208/12 Full-time • 35 hours per week • Ref: 209/12 If you have what it takes to work as part of a team, providing support to vulnerable customers that enables them to live independently in the community, this role could be for you. As an outreach support worker, you will devise and deliver support plans to vulnerable people. You'll also help them with budgeting, health and wellbeing and general life skills.
