| Duties: organise and manage efficient and smooth running of store operations including providing high levels of customer service, maximise sales and ensure adherence to KPIs, budgets, policies, procedures and company branding/merchandising, action promotions and marketing, manage, motivate and mentor staff, recruitment and training, stock control, payroll and reporting, security, adherence to health and safety and legislation.
