| Rental Supervisor Required Closing Date: 31st January 2013 Job Type: Permanent Due to retirement, a fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a well established and successful company to supervise our busy daily rental department. We operate a fleet of over 50 Ford cars and vans, hiring to both corporate and private customers. The successful candidate will be able to seek out and obtain new clients as well as retain the current business by delivering excellent levels of customer service. You will motivate and manage the already highly committed existing team and oversee the day to day running of the department. Experience in the vehicle rental sector would be advantageous. Applicants must be fully computer literate, and will have an articulate, well organised and confident approach, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be organised, able to work under pressure and enthusiastic. The successful candidate will hold a full clean driving licence. Remuneration will be made up of a basic and commission commensurate with the responsibilities of the position.
