| Inclusion Outright are working with the Hampton Trust on their Planning for the Future programme funded by the Big Lottery Fund Silver Dreams programme in association with the Daily Mail. This exciting new service will help older people on the Isle of Wight, recently diagnosed or living with a long-term health condition, plan for their future with family and friends. Inclusion Outright is looking for volunteer advocates who can listen to an older person, help them to express their views and concerns, provide advice and information and explore options and choices. Training and supervision will be provided as well as out of pocket expenses. All Inclusion Outright workers are expected to undergo an enhanced CRB check. Applications are welcome from adults of all ages. If you are interested in becoming a volunteer advocate, then please contact Jane Hughes on: 07894097758 or email Jane/Maggie at Inclusionoutright@gmail.com | ||||||||||||||||||
