Joining our 24 hour operation shore side team, your primary role will focus on delivering a seamless first class service for our guests. The role will cover all aspects of the guest journey from directing traffic, assisting with guest enquiries, meeting and greeting guests and making new bookings - generally making their trip the highlight of their holiday and a memorable experience.
The ideal candidates will be full of enthusiasm and have great flexibility. You must have good general PC skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a background in guest services with an attitude to succeed.
A full day's interview process will take place in the week commencing 4th March. Successful candidates will then undertake a two week training and induction course.

Hours of work for this position will involve a variety of flexible options, including very early and late shifts.
