|An exciting opportunity has arisen for an EXPERIENCED IT helpdesk technician to join one of the islands leading employers.|
Our client needs a first line support for any IT service or system enquiries from in-house staff. Your main responsibilities will be to; configure and install all new IT workstations, laptops and printers, to monitor and maintain the helpdesk, liaise with suppliers to resolve equipment problems and provide out of hours support. Working knowledge of SAP would be advantageous.
The qualifications required for this job role are a minimum of Maths and English GCSE level (or equivalent), alongside strong IT knowledge including; windows 7, MS OFFICE 2010 and working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and Active Directory.
The successful candidate must be able to communicate effectively with customers, staff and suppliers, be dedicated, methodical and able to prioritise work loads. You must be approachable, professional and respect sensitive company information.
This role is a temporary role, for a 6-8 week assignment and immediate start, on site parking with competitive rate of pay.
