A MOTORCYCLIST was taken to hospital with a serious injury following a collision in Brading last night (Friday).
The Ambulance Service were called to New Road at 9.22pm following the crash, and police attended the scene shortly after.
The motorcyclist, a 33-year-old man from Shanklin, was taken to St Mary's but the driver of the car was not hurt.
A road closure was put in place following the collision but was removed shortly after midnight.
