AN ISLE of Wight woman's message to people not to give up on their IVF dream has hit the national headlines.

The Daily Star, Daily Mail Online, and Take A Break are among the publications to have featured the inspiring story of Kim Watkinson, who had twin girls on IVF after following her dream to have a family.

After spending £50,000 on IVF, remortgaging their home and taking out credit cards, Kim and husband Graham came up trumps with two babies in one go, so now they affectionately refer to them as the BOGOF babies — buy one, get one free.

They welcomed Daisy Jamelia and Poppy Carina on June 16, 2016, after ten years of trying to conceive.

Kim, 47, and Graham, 48, have just celebrated their treasured twins' second birthday at their home in High Wycombe, Bucks, where they now live — although they spend every other weekend on the Isle of Wight and particularly love Sandown beach.

Kim said: "We've got the perfect family now, so it was definitely worth it.

"We didn't realise our story would go national but it's been everywhere, which was a bit of a shock.

"Hopefully it will show people that even at our age, and after ten years of trying, miracles do happen. Don't give up."
