A water leak on Quarr Hill has resulted in temporary traffic lights being put in place.
A BURST water main resulted in flooding on Quarr Hill this morning (Saturday) and temporary traffic lights being put in place.
Residents in the area may be without water as Southern Water technicians carry out their work.
A spokesperson for Southern Water said: "We were hoping to repair the burst without interruption, however, due to the complexity of the repairs, we will have to isolate the main for a short period of time.
"Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused."
Southern Vectis has warned of delays to its Routes 4, 9 and the Downs Breezer.
