POLICE want to speak to a man who was seen acting suspiciously overnight on July 24 - July 25 in Ryde.
In the area of Dover Street and Cross Street, cash and a tablet were taken from two flats, cash was stolen from a cafe and damage was caused to Captain Stan's fish shop.
