THIS dramatic picture was posted by Ryde Inshore Rescue today (Thursday) as crew members undertook a training exercise in the Solent.

The training also involved the coastguard helicopter from Lee-on-the-Solent.

Ryde Inshore Rescue train roughly once a month and during today's launch, were giving tuition to a crewmember new to the helm.
