& amp;lt;div>POLICE have confirmed they are not treating the death of a man in Brighstone as suspicious. 

As reported by the County Press on Friday, police and the Needles Coastguard were called to Chilton Chine after reports of a casualty. 
Today (Sunday), a police spokeswoman told the County Press that officers recovered a body from the water’s edge. 
She said: “A member of the public called us at 1.43pm and we recovered a man’s body from the water’s edge.
“We are unable to name the deceased at this time as full enquiries need to be carried out, but we are not treating the death as suspicious.
“A file is being prepared for the coroner.”
