ISLE of Wight Labour members joined a national day of celebration following the party conference in Brighton.
Party members were out and about in Newport, Ventnor and Ryde on Saturday to launch their new Hope campaign.
Isle of Wight party chair Mark Chiverton said: "With the Tory government in disarray, it is increasingly clear that only the Labour Party, under the leadership of Jeremy Corbyn, can offer hope for the future.
"Hope for schools and the NHS. Hope for young people rebuilding the economy to provide jobs. Hope for the elderly by means of an adequately funded social care system. Labour is united in putting forward a radical and coherent programme, which can give new hope for everyone in the community.
"With a growing membership on the Island, already in excess of 1,000, and a vote doubled at the last general election, Labour feel positive that another general election will see a change of government that works for the many, not the few."
The Island's parliamentary spokesman Julian Critchley said: "Being a delegate at conference was an unquestionably positive experience. The sense of unity, drive and hope was overwhelming, as delegates, we found ourselves at the centre of democracy within a party with an unbreakable desire to make fundamentally positive changes to the governance of this country."
