THE BROTHER of a popular Penge teacher who went missing in Italy three years ago has slammed suggestions he fell down a volcano.
Andrew Buzek, 33, was left reeling after comments made by a British Consulate Official based in Naples on a television documentary into the disappearance.
The official claimed Mark (pictured) may have met his death on the island of Strompoli while walking on a volcano.
But Andrew says these claims are "unfounded and untrue", insisting he has evidence to quash such allegations.
He said: "We have pictures to show my brother returned from this vicinity.
"This guy is sitting behind a desk and knows nothing about my brother's disappearance. He is in no position to make such allegations."
Despite the comments, Andrew still believes his younger brother Mark is alive.
