ORGANISERS declared their first Vintage Motorcycle Show a classic and immediately booked a repeat performance.
The roar and gleam of vintage motorcycles came to Ventnor's Winter Gardens on Saturday - courtesy of the Isle of Wight Vintage Motorcycle Club.
Machines were entered in three age categories - pre 1931, 1931-60 and 1961 to 1992.
Show manager Keith Hadford said: "The location for our first how was perfect and we have already booked up for next year."
Keith showed a rare Ariel three-wheeler, a 1924 Triumph Ricardo and a Model P Triumph.
Best in show was a 1928 Manx Norton prepared by long-time club member Andy Eason.
Another Manx Norton was ridden by Geoff Leather who competes on it in classic races, was on display too.
A total of 54 motorcycles were entered by members.
