Runners welcome for track race

RUNNERS of all ages and abilities are being invited to take part in a track race this week.

Ryde Harriers are hosting their annual 5km track championships at Fairway Sports Complex, Sandown, on Tuesday, and the doors are open for everyone over the age of 17.
There are medals for lots of age categories for men and women, with a small entry fee to cover costs.
The race begins at 7.30pm.
