A TRAINING centre has been recognised nationally for meeting the needs of its own staff.
HTP Training, at St Cross Business Park, Newport, won a National Training Award for the training programme it has provided its employees.
The award, one of 36 given nationally, was presented to HTP’s managing director, Rachael Fidler, training manager, Lisa Pilbeam, and training director, Vicki Bonnet, by Dragons’ Den star, Theo Paphitis, at a ceremony in London.
Rachael said she was delighted: "I’m thrilled we won. We never expected to win when we entered the competition and to be recognised for developing our staff was fantastic."
