HUNDREDS of hoteliers, restaurateurs and caterers flocked to the third Island Expo at Cowes Yacht Haven last week.
Organised by Widget Productions, the annual exhibition is a showcase of services, equipment and products for the catering industry.
Dan Burgess, of Widget, said: "We had around 30 stands displaying everything from Island food to recruitment agencies. The exhibitors told me they were very pleased with the interest they received.
"It was also a great opportunity for industry professionals to network and make new contacts."
In the Expo Kitchen, visitors enjoyed demonstrations by celebrity chefs Anton Edelmann and Aneke Spacie, plus a number of Island chefs. Business Link presented seminars and one-to-one advice sessions.

Island Expo 2011 will take place at the yacht haven next February 23 and 24.
