The club are seeking talented 16 to 19 year olds who have come close to a place in a professional club, have been involved in centres of excellence or who have played at county level to sign up on a sports-based FA coaching diploma course. It will include:

l 12 hours of football coaching and academic tuition a week.

l One or two-year diploma in sports science

l An opportunity to go to university.
