A BUSINESS has won a house owner £4,000 and a new kitchen after transforming it on the TV show, Better Homes.
Supertiles, Bathroom and Kitchen of Copers Cope Road in Beckenham gave the makeover to a house in Manchester.
The show was aired on ITV on January 4 and hosted by Carol Vorderman.
The Beckenham firm's fitters were let loose for three days to fit up the kitchen of the house which was in dire need of renewal.
At the end of the programme, two houses were compared and the one fitted by Supertiles was judged to have increased in value by £4,000.
Owner of Supertiles Patricia Mansell said: "The house we designed, planned and fitted was judged considerably better than the other. The owners of the house did well. They got put up in a hotel for the week while work was done and then received £4,000."
