Queen Mary's Hospital in Roehampton lost its last remaining in-patient services on Tuesday (August 4).
They were due to be transferred to Kingston and St George's this week despite strong criticism meted out by health watchdogs and pressure groups.
London Health Emergency's Geoff Martin said: "We believe that the transfer to Kingston will result in patient chaos. The people of south-west London deserve better than this."
