There is plenty to see and do in lovely Brading

LETTERS From Mrs Margaret Munday-Whitaker, Brading:
I WRITE, as a resident of Brading, who, almost 40 years ago, founded the Antique Doll and Toy Museum, in the High Street, with even then, more than a 1,000 exhibits, and far more now.
I was surprised and hurt at comments in a recent County Press item, which stated “There is nothing in Brading”. The museum now belongs to my son, Graham Munday, and his wife, Jackie.
It was recognised by the British Tourist Board and when visited by the BBC Antiques Roadshow staff, they said it was the most interesting of its kind in Britain. Does it therefore, together with our lovely old St Mary’s Church, Old Town Hall, Bull Ring, unusual old cottages and restaurants, in the High Street, justify “There is nothing in Brading”? Surely not.
