DEEP Roots is a substantial family home, designed and built by the current owners in an historic part of the Island.
The village of Newchurch takes its name from the ‘new church’ that was built by Norman monks back in 1087. Almost a thousand years later and the name still remains, along with the church.
Deep Roots has been constructed to a high specification and is under a ten-year LABC warranty that began in 2015. Though it may be a new home, the current owners have ensured that there are nods to history, character and presence.

Venturing further and turning left brings you into the open-plan lounge, kitchen/diner with its magnificent statement fireplace. This is worthy of special attention as it is double sided with a mantel on either side and forms the heart of this home: when being constructed, the ground floor configuration was built with the fireplace to be at its core. It’s superb.
