EAST Cowes Vics earned a dramatic 4-3 win against Pewsey Vale to give their survival chances a huge boost today (Saturday).
Two goals from Jimmi Burton and strikes from Ji Nash and Calum Chase ensured Vics extended the gap between themselves and Pewsey Vale, the league's bottom side, to seven points.
In the Premier Division, Cowes Sports lost 2-0 at home to Team Solent, while Newport came from behind to beat Amesbury Town 3-2.
Connor Kelly, Liam Triggs and Joe Butcher scored for Newport, who play AFC Portchester at St George's Park on Wednesday.
