A residents' panel of 2,500 people is being set up in Harrow to play a key role in co-operation across local services.
The council is looking for people to become involved in the Harrow Partnership, which brings together individuals, community groups, businesses and the council.
Volunteers would be asked to give feedback on local services.
Anyone interested in joining the panel should call Malcolm Rappaport on 0181 424 1876.
The council is also looking for about 40 people to form an Older Persons' Forum and an Elders' Panel. Call 0181 424 1857 for information.
