A NEW course has been launched in Watford to help recently divorced or separated people come to terms with their situation.
The relationship counselling charity Relate will be running the New Life Challenge course from the end of this month.
The free course, sponsored by the European Social Fund, will allow men and women to talk about their feelings and develop confidence to form lasting relationships in future. An experienced counsellor will lead the course.
The course's five one-day sessions will take place at Relate Watford and Three Rivers, which is based at the Watford Advice Centre in St Mary's Courtyard, High Street. They will run from 9.30am to 2pm, starting on Wednesday, May 31, and ending on Monday June 26.
