ISLANDER REUNITEDFrom Esther Webb,  Australia, e-mail

I AM interested in finding out more about Harry Orchard.

He was a bilateral leg amputee, who sold matches and shoe laces outside the post office in Newport during the 1950s and 60s, and possibly during the 1970s as well.

He apparently died several years ago but I believe he was well known, and a number of articles about him appeared in the County Press over the years.
