Railway memories sought for film

Friday, November 25, 2011

ISLANDERS REUNTIEDGill Kelly, Nest Films, London:

NEST Films is a small production company based in London.

We have previously produced a series called Long Lost Lines, which explores the history and remains of some of Britiain’s interesting and unusual railways: The Great Central, the Necropolis Line, the Cranleigh Line, the Bisley Camp Branch and Filey Holiday Camp Branch.

We are hoping to put together a similar series covering the railways of the IW, looking at their history and seeing what remains of the infrastructure.

We would be very interested in any memories (whether working on, travelling on, or watching the line), photos or archive film that your readers would like to share with us.

Anyone who is interested in speaking to us can contact us by e-mail info@nest-films.co.uk or by phone 020 8715 0496.
