A charity which runs a disability project in Borehamwood is urging people to enter a £3,000 prize draw using tickets which are dropped through their letterbox.
John Grooms has organised the competition to raise funds to support New Court Place, a residential home in the town which houses 24 people with disabilities.
The home features special designs and 'smart technology', such as push-pad door controls, which enable its residents to enjoy a more independent lifestyle.
Books of prize draw tickets will be delivered today, Friday, and tomorrow. To enter the draw, which offers the chance to win up to £3,000, send back the counterfoils in the envelope provided by Thursday, February 7. For further details telephone 020 7452 2118.
