Last year, I received a letter dated March 17, 2016, which stated Island Roads were to commence resurfacing work near my home.
However, I have been left upset and angry at their lack of professionalism. The work was due to be carried out on Alverstone Road, on March 24, 2016, and it was said that it would take approximately 11 days to complete.
However, despite the main works being completed at the time, 11 months on they have still failed to finish the bus stop lay-by. In recent months, I have called Island Roads to complain approximately ten times, but received no phone calls back and without the work being completed.
