I was surprised to read your report about the Island Labour Party and congestion charging (CP, 20-01-17).
Could I make it clear the IW Labour Party has not even discussed congestion charging, let alone proposed it. These schemes are only relevant to large cities. There are traffic problems in Newport and we would always consult residents, who generally have ideas about solutions, to see what they think before proposing any traffic measures.
