Thoughtless drivers

From David Blackford, Seaview:

ON Tuesday, August 12, my wife was walking at Seaview, opposite the allotments, when an inconsiderate driver drove through a very large puddle, which he must have seen, soaking her from head to foot.

There were two people in the car and they did not stop to apologise.

Sadly, this is the sort of world we live in these days, where nearly all drivers are in such a rush with no consideration for pedestrians.

If this was you, hang your head in shame.
