THE internationally renowned Patchetts Equestrian Centre and surrounding estate in Hilfield Lane, Aldenham, has been put up for sale.
The centre, one of the top horse-riding facilities in the country, has an annual turnover of £1.3 million.
It is part of a 50 acre estate that includes three listed buildings: Patchetts Farmhouse, Little Patchetts and Patchetts Cottage.
The estate is being offered for sale as a whole or up to six lots.
Humberts Leisure is handling the sale. Director Mr Nigel Talbot-Ponsonby said: 'With its unique position, so close to London, I expect keen interest from private and business sectors.'
