WHITWELL Ford will be showing off its cars at Chale Show this weekend.
The popular garage has been a regular exhibitor at the show since it became a Ford dealership in 1992 and this will be the team’s 19th appearance at the show.
During the past two decades, the garage has often been asked to parade its cars in the ring and provide help with other entertainment acts.
Once again the Whitwell Ford team will be on hand to chat to regular customers and introduce new visitors to the latest models.
Adrian Day, proprietor, said they expected to have the head-turning new Ford Focus RS on display, as well as the workmanlike Ford Ranger truck.
There will also be several of Ford’s most popular models showcased, including the Fiesta, Ka and Focus.
The Whitwell Garage team is very supportive of community projects and the garage’s marquee often hosts village-orientated stalls.
In 2009, the Whitwell Ford marquee played host to County Press feature writer Kate Young’s Trans-Siberian Writing Challenge, in aid of the Earl Mountbatten Hospice, and Kate will be there this year.
