March show bigger success than ever

STAR of the show at the March Motor Show last weekend was the new Mazda CX-5, making its first appearance on the Island and one of only two in Britain, ahead of its official launch in May.

"It was the best-attended show we have held so far," said Graham Vanassche, managing director of Northwood Garage, which put on the one-day show at the Medina Leisure Centre, Newport.

"We sold quite a few cars on the day and we are still selling more, thanks to the show. We even took an order for the new Mazda CX-5 on the day," he said.

"It was great to see lots of new faces at the show, as well as old friends. It was a very good day and just goes from strength to strength."
