THE latest export from Germany has arrived and is ready to be tested on the Island.
A stylish new and upgraded Mercedes B-Class has been delivered to Esplanade.
The new model officially launches in the UK in March but a special left-hand drive version is now available for customers to test drive at the Newport-based dealership.
Esplanade manager Neil Doble said: "As a Mercedes dealer, we are very lucky to have the left-hand drive version so people can fully experience the new dynamics of the vehicle.
"It’s a great opportunity for people to get a feel of the car before they buy.
"Customers are now able to pre-order the UK version of the car in right-hand drive, ready for its release in March."
The car comes with a host of standard equipment, including alloy wheels, air conditioning, electric windows, electric door mirrors, sports suspension and a reversing camera to show what’s behind you.
Prices for the new car start from £21,290 and will be available in a range of SE and Sport BlueEffiency models, with either manual or automatic transmission.
The B-Class will also be available on the successful Motability Scheme, from £749 advanced payment.
