MIKE’S School of Motoring has taken delivery of its latest vehicle from Westridge Garage.
The Island-based driving school, which has been established for more than 18 years, has had a number of Fords from Westridge Garage in the past and has just taken delivery of a new automatic transmission Perodua Myvi.
Mike Hannam, who runs Mike’s School of Motoring, said family-owned Westridge Garage had always provided his driving school with excellent vehicles and service and the new Myvi is no exception.
The Myvi offers comfort, style and a class-leading equipment level and is the ideal learner driver’s car, especially as it has air-conditioning included for those hot summer days.
The automatic version is becoming increasingly popular, because of smoothness, reliability and simplicity of the modern Myvi automatic gearbox.
The latest of Mike’s automatic cars has certainly passed the test — within less than two weeks of delivery, three out of three students passed their test in it.
Mike believes this latest delivery confirms his driving school as the largest Island automatic school for both traditional weekly lessons and intensive courses.
The driving school also does countless manual lessons in its fleet of Ford Fiestas — all with the comfort of backup and support from the team at Westridge Garage.
The instructors, students and garage staff have all praised the Myvi for its equipment levels and good driving position.
