THERE was a brief appearance of a replica Olympic torch at Snows on Forest Road on Thursday as the dealership celebrated BMW and MINI’s partnership with the London 2012 Olympics.

From 9.30am until 12.30pm, lucky customers were invited to have their photograph taken with the torch in front of a London 2012 background. The replica torch is making an appearance at selected BMW and MINIdealers around the country and blazing a trail for the genuine Olympic torch, due to arrive on the Island tomorrow (Saturday).

As official automotive partner to the London 2012 games, BMW has also launched a competition to win prize pairs of tickets to the Olympics when you spot its unmistakeable golden BMW as it tours the UK.

Snows BMW is currently offering all its customers the chance to be winners without having to take part in an Olympic event — all new models registered from now until the end of September will benefit from low-rate interest, starting from just 3.9 per cent APR.

For more information, call into the Forest Road dealership or visit the website at www.snowsisleofwightbmw.co.uk.
