MUSIC A SPECIAL concert to say thank-you to the air ambulance has been arranged by The Phoenix Choir.
After their musical director, Robin Burnett, had a heart attack in June and was flown by the helicopter to the Queen Alexandra Hospital, Cosham, the choir wanted to help the charity, which is reliant on public donations.
Robin has now recovered and will be leading the choir in a selection of songs 'From Pavarotti to Presley’, next Saturday, November 17, at St John’s Church, Oakfield, Ryde, at 7.30pm.
