Ohmz bring summer in

Ohmz are set to release their new EP.

MUSIC ISLAND band The Ohmz will release their new EP, Gotta Move On, at the William Coppin, Newport, on Wednesday.

Recorded live over two days at the Platform One College of Music, Newport, the latest record is to be the second release from the reggae-influenced six piece.

"We’re really excited about this EP," said frontman Oly Rivers. "It’s got a really good vibe I think will be just awesome for this summer."

The band have become a regular feature of the Island’s live music scene and will be performing two sets at the IW Festival — Thursday night at The Kashmir Cafe and Sunday at the Life’s a Beach stage.

Released to popular acclaim in March, the group’s first EP, Smile, is available on Amazon and Spotify and is soon to be made available on iTunes.
