Ambulance called after car park collision

THREE cars were involved in a collision this morning (Wednesday) at Waitrose car park in East Cowes.

Police were called at 10.48am after it was reported that a Vauxhall Agila, Range Rover and Ford Fiesta collided.

Isle of Wight ambulance service was also sent to the scene as a precautionary measure, as a young child was involved.

A police spokeswoman said that there were no injuries and that the car park remained open.
