Anti-caravan tax petition handed to parliament

A PETITION calling for the government to drop VAT plans for the static caravan industry has been handed to parliament.

Signed by more than 356 residents and visitors signed the petition was handed to parliament yesterday (Tuesday) by Isle of Wight MP Andrew Turner.

It was one of dozens of similar petitions on the issue to be handed in.
